Hilly, with an average altitude of 230 metres above sea level, predominantly clayey-calcareous.

VINIFICATION AND REFINING
Brief cold maceration of the crushed grapes, soft pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
TASTING NOTES:
Straw yellow with bright greenish hues. Distinct aromas of exotic fruit, banana, citrus, and delicate notes of yellow flowers. Fresh, smooth, and pleasant. Medium-bodied and persistent.
FOOD PAIRINGS:
Excellent with all seafood dishes, from fish and shellfish appetizers to seafood risottos. It also pairs well with light first courses and delicate meat dishes. Excellent as an aperitif.
