The Tombacco winery is located in the heart of the Triveneto DOC region, near Venice. Here, the vineyards are protected by the surrounding mountains and well-supplied with water by the many rivers. For Ca’ del Doge, the grapes are hand-harvested, quickly destemmed, and fermented in stainless steel tanks. Double filtration results in a very clear, appealing Chardonnay with delicate apple notes.
