This wine is produced in the Veneto region of Italy. The wine is aged in cement vats for 24 months. It has an intense ruby red color with garnet highlights. Some sources describe the wine as warm, elegant, mature, and complex, with a long finish and soft tannins, and aromas of mature berries like blueberry, blackberry, wild strawberry, plum, and black cherry, along with notes of vanilla, tobacco, dark chocolate, and green pepper.
